This lady called me yesterday -- her 60 year old mother died suddenly of a heart attack or stroke. Her husband is stationed overseas and she is with him, her 32 year old brother is mentally disabled and cannot care for the dog. She (Sadie) is a 9 year old border collie mix, housebroken, sweet and loyal except not good with small children. Would you please forward these pics to everyone you know to see if there is some good heart out there willing to give Sadie a home to live out the rest of her life. Julie is desperate. She has to leave on June 2 and the only other option is to put Sadie down. What a sad end for a loyal and loving companion.
